“Two guitars” – disc cover and brochure with bard songs

CD “Two guitars” provides an opportunity to listen to classic Russian bard songs wonderfully translated by Ryhor Baradulin and magnificently sung by Źmicier Bartosik. When sung in Belarusian, the best songs of this category acquire a new meaning and new shades.

The title of the disc is written using a special style based on the most famous vinyl records of the 1960s-1970s, the time when bard songs were most popular.

The colours have also been selected according to the style and technical capacities of that period – they are dark blue and ochre. The disc is complemented by a brochure with lyrics both in the original and in Belarusian. The brochure also contains a brief biography of the bards whose songs are included in the disc. Each biography is on a separate page where you can see the symbolic strings of two guitars, which one more time reminds us about the title of the disc. Different photos of Źmicier Bartosik’s guitars have been used as a background and create a magic and mysterious music atmosphere.
